Reinforcement steel for columns (stubs) is now protruding above the ground beam level across most sectors of the building.

The current images align with the recorded increase in the foundations category (+8%), as work has progressed from the stage of pouring individual footings and neck columns (which appeared in the previous visit's photos with concrete pumps present) to the stage of forming ground beams and floor preparation.
vs previous visit
During the previous visit (2026-04-01), foundation pouring was in its early stages with a heavy presence of mixer trucks and concrete pumps. In the current visit, the site shows the completion of underground concrete structures (ground beams), and the outlines of the apartment layouts are beginning to appear clearly.
Expected next milestones
Completion of backfilling between the ground beams, pouring of the ground floor slab, and commencement of formwork and reinforcement for the ground floor columns.
