Detected changes
Completion of the reinforced concrete pouring for the entire foundation raft and applying a black bitumen insulation layer.
Appearance of concrete column necks at specific heights above the raft level, with ongoing carpentry work for certain elements.
Removal of concrete pumps and mixer trucks that were present during the previous visit following the completion of the pouring process.
Progress reading
The images clearly reflect the progress in foundation completion, rising from 46% to 54%. Work has transitioned from the active pouring phase (documented in previous visit photos) to the concrete curing and waterproofing stage, alongside the commencement of column neck preparation.
vs previous visit
During the previous visit, concrete pouring operations were underway using three pumps and a large number of mixers. In contrast, current images show a quiet site following the completion of pouring, with the concrete now dry and black waterproofing applied across the entire surface of the raft foundation.
Expected next milestones
Commencement of backfilling around the foundations, and completion of formwork and reinforcement for the ground floor/basement columns.
