Detected changes
Installation of wooden formwork and distribution of reinforcing steel and hordi blocks across extensive areas of the project.
Completion of concrete pouring for ground floor columns in major sections and commencement of ceiling shoring.
Removal of concrete pumps present during the previous visit, replaced by lifting equipment and manual labor for ceiling preparation.
Progress reading
The visual progress reflects a 2% increase in concrete works, as the focus shifted from column casting (visible in May photos) to slab reinforcement using the ribbed (Hordi) system (visible in June photos). The 100% completion of foundations is consistent with the absence of any excavation or footing casting works in the current photos.
vs previous visit
During the previous visit (2026-05-20), columns were in the formwork and reinforcement stage with active concrete pumps on-site. In the current visit (2026-06-06), the slabs appear fully covered with wooden formwork, reinforcement steel, and red Hordi blocks, indicating readiness for slab casting soon.
Expected next milestones
Pouring concrete for the current floor slabs, commencing formwork and reinforcement for the next floor columns, and initiating the preliminary MEP rough-ins within the slabs.
