The visual appearance of dense reinforcement steel across the entire foundation area is consistent with the increase in foundation completion from 32% to 43%. Blinding concrete pouring (observed in the previous visit's photos) has been completed, and structural steelwork has officially commenced.
vs previous visit
During the previous visit on February 02, plain concrete (blinding) pouring was still underway using pumps. Current photos show the completion of this layer, which is now fully covered with reinforcement steel meshes and column starter bars in preparation for the next stage.
Expected next milestones
Commencement of formwork for the footings, followed by the reinforced concrete pouring for the foundations.
